FindABA provides provider directory information for informational purposes only. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any provider information. Provider acceptance status, waitlists, and insurance acceptance change frequently — always verify details directly with the provider before beginning any intake process.
3. Not medical advice
Nothing on FindABA constitutes medical advice. FindABA is a directory service, not a healthcare provider. Decisions about treatment should be made in consultation with qualified healthcare professionals.
4. Provider listings
Provider data is sourced from the public NPI Registry. Inclusion in this directory does not constitute endorsement of any provider. FindABA reserves the right to remove or modify any listing at its discretion. Providers may claim their listing and request corrections via the claim process.
5. Prohibited use
You may not use this site to: scrape or harvest provider data in bulk; send unsolicited communications to listed providers; misrepresent your identity when claiming a listing; or use the site in any way that violates applicable law.
6. Limitation of liability
FindABA is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of this site or reliance on information contained herein, including any harm resulting from incorrect provider information.
