1. Information we collect

Information you provide: When you submit a lead form on our site, we collect your email address, optionally your phone number, your child's age, insurance carrier, and urgency level. This information is used solely to match you with ABA therapy providers.

Usage data: We collect standard web analytics data including pages visited, time on site, and general geographic location (country/region level). We do not collect personally identifiable usage data without your consent.

2. Provider data

Provider listings are sourced from the National Provider Identifier (NPI) Registry, a public database maintained by the US Department of Health and Human Services under 45 CFR part 162. This data is public record. If you are a provider and wish to update or remove your listing, please claim your listing or contact us.

3. How we use your information

  • To match you with ABA therapy providers in your area
  • To improve the accuracy and completeness of our directory
  • To communicate with providers about claimed listings
  • To serve relevant advertising via Google AdSense (see sections 4 and 5)

We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

4. Cookies and tracking technologies

We use cookies for site functionality, analytics, and advertising. Cookies are small text files stored on your device by your browser.

First-party cookies are set by FindABA and are used for site functionality (e.g. remembering filter preferences) and analytics (measuring traffic and usage patterns).

Third-party advertising cookies: Google AdSense and its advertising partners, including Google, use cookies (including the DoubleClick DART cookie) to serve ads on this site based on your prior visits to this website and other sites on the internet. The DART cookie enables Google and its partners to serve ads to you based on your visit to our site and other sites on the internet.

You may opt out of the use of the DART cookie by visiting the Google Advertising Privacy Policy. You can also opt out of personalised advertising more broadly at aboutads.info or networkadvertising.org. You may disable cookies in your browser settings, though this may affect site functionality.

5. Advertising

This site displays advertisements served by Google AdSense. Google, as a third-party vendor, uses cookies to serve ads on this site. Google's use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads to you based on your visit to this site and other sites on the internet.

Third-party advertising partners may use technologies such as cookies, web beacons, and JavaScript to measure the effectiveness of their ads and to personalize advertising content. These third parties have their own privacy policies governing their use of this data.

We do not control the content of third-party advertisements. To opt out of personalised advertising by Google, visit Google Ads Settings.

6. Data retention

Lead form submissions are retained for 12 months and then deleted. You may request deletion of your data at any time by emailing privacy@findaba.net.

7. Children's privacy

This site is intended for use by parents and caregivers, not children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have inadvertently collected such information, please contact us immediately.
